Hunting is a tradition in the Ruidoso area. For generations folks have come here for Dear, Turkey, Bear and Trophy Elk. Whispering Pine Cabins plays host to hunters every year and always look forward to seeing their return. Guides are available, but not necessary for a successful hunt.
